Our brined turkeys are marinated (not injected) in an all natural brine mixture consisting of country fresh well water, sea salt, brown sugar, spices, orange oil and spice extractives. A brine infuses the meat with a unique flavor while aiding in allowing the bird to retain moisture while roasting. Turkeys are brined by Jaindl's Farm, Plainville Farm, or by our Master Chef of France Raymond Ost.
